MORE ABOUT ME
I have been focusing on Employee Assistance Program (EAP) consultation as well as providing counselling for families, couples, children, individual development etc. For the past few years, I have worked with a whole range of corporate and public clients in the areas of training, consultation and EAP support (Crisis intervention, change and transition support etc). I am also trained in neurofeedback and is a certified BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) instructor. I have worked with corporate and public clients in providing consultation and training using neurofeedback. Likewise, I am a frequent guest invited to share my professional knowledge on media, such as Ai FM, 988, Nanyang Siang Pau etc. Besides, I volunteered actively in various non-profit organizations by giving mental health-related talks, providing counselling services as well as counselling supervision. I was also a trainer for National Service Training Programme.

My passion for holistic wellness led me to become a Yoga instructor, integrating the concept of body-mind balance into my life as well as counselling and teaching.
