MORE ABOUT ME I was once a journalist who enjoyed listening to and journaling inspiring life stories of many leading teachers in body-mind-spirit wellness. At the same time, I joined the Mitra Line Counselling Unit of Than Hsiang Mitra Welfare Centre (KL & Selangor) as a counselling volunteer. I then received Masters in Counselling from HELP University College in 2011 and a Professional Diploma In individual and Family Therapy Using The Satir Growth Model in 2013. Previously Head of Career & Psychological Counselling Centre (CPCC) in a private college, I have been providing counselling training and supervision to counselling volunteers of various community counselling centres.
In addition to my work as a professional counsellor, I also conduct training and talks focusing on personal growth, family, adolescents and mental health-related issues. Nevertheless, I also conduct writing therapeutic workshops as a self-healing process that reduces emotional distress and propels personal growth with a sense of empowerment. I aspire to inspire individuals to live peace within to create peace among families which ultimately bringing peace beyond to our communities and societies.
