MORE ABOUT ME
“I believe that every human being is like a flower that can bloom beautifully, as long as we are willing to believe in ourselves, we may proudly live out the uniqueness and beauty of our own nature just like the blossoming flowers; therefore, it is my mission as a counsellor to assist clients in the process of discovering and understanding who they truly are, so they can consciously express their own opinions and confidently nurture their own ideas.”

I have more than 13 years of professional counselling, consultation and training experience in education, corporate and community settings. I am passionate about helping people dealing with emotional distress, relational and familial issues, sexuality matters, career challenges and various concerns regarding personal growth and development. I am especially keen on providing support on diverse sexuality and mental health issues.

Prior to joining the counselling and training industry, I worked in a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sales industry. While working as a medical representative, I realised that I have a strong desire to know more about human psychology and to help people enhance their quality of life holistically. I then acquired my Diploma of Social Studies in Counselling and Guidance. Most importantly, I strongly believe that “The Unexamined Life Is Not Worth Living” (Socrates).

I volunteer actively in several non-governmental organisations by giving talks and training. I also write for magazines and have been regularly invited to several radio and internet talk shows to talk about mental health and sexual concerns.

With my integrated working experience in the corporate sector and mental health industry, I firmly believe in developing a healthy, productive and balanced working and living environment.
