MORE ABOUT ME My current therapeutic approach is grounded on humanistic approach. I practice mindfulness and am interested in integrating expressive arts and mindfulness into the therapeutic process; with the aim to develop self-awareness in a more creative yet conducive manner, together we explore and learn the insights derived from the unique experience one has.
I volunteered in various non-profit organizations (NGOs) by offering mental health-related sharing, counselling skills trainings, and counseling services when in need. It has been an extra fulfilling experience in my journey as a counselor as well as a volunteer so far.
I always believe in continuous learning and self-development is especially important to promote the overall wellbeing of ourselves as well as to the people we encounter.
