MORE ABOUT ME
“Your journey in life can sometimes take a few sharp bends. Beginning therapy can be a big step towards navigating such situations.

I value working collaboratively in therapy. In my view, you have unique perspectives, experiences, goals, and meaning in life. They are all worthy to be explored and listened to in depth.

As a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (CP1-0265), I work with clients struggling with mood, behavioral, adjustment, and relational issues.

In my work experience, I have had the opportunity to work closely with children with special needs, and have since expanded into hospital settings, NGO, private psychological centers, and online mental health services.

During therapy, I practice an integrative approach of evidence-based therapy such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

On the path of pursuing better knowledge to accompany clients, I have further completed a Certificate in Family Therapy and will be pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Multigenerational Family Therapy.

When you are ready, let us renovate or rebuild some of the paths along life’s journey so that you may live a better, healthier version of yourself.”
