MORE ABOUT ME
My journey in people-helping started through providing mental health services to various populations in which some of them are highly sensitive communities such as LGBTQ+, HIV reactive clients, refugees and survivors of human trafficking. I work with adults, children and adolescents in areas such as family relations, domestic violence, stress, trauma, self-harming, anxiety, depression, anger management and personal growth. In school settings, I work closely with class teachers and the Head of Learning Support to support children with learning disabilities.

I hold the belief that everyone has internal resources reside within to cope successfully with the situations life provides and to grow through them. Even though external change is impossible for certain situations life provides, internal change is always possible. We cannot change our past, but we can change the impact our past has had on us to live in the present, free from old hurts. It is within our control.

Together, we will work through concerns that brought you through my door by:

  • Making sense of your emotions
  • Gaining new perspectives
  • Equipping new skills to manage daily challenges in a more adaptive way
  • Staying connected with people who are important to you
