MORE ABOUT ME
I am an Oklahoma Licensed Professional Counselor and an Oklahoma Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, a certified brainwave trainer (Taiwan 2015) and a certified Hypnosis Psychotherapy Specialist (U.K). I returned to Malaysia in 2010 and co-founded SEED training and counselling Centre, NeufEC Consultancy Centre PLT. I incorporated many years of psychology and clinical therapy experience into my talks, training and workshops.

Also, I have conducted many soft skills development workshops and training for cooperating companies like PPC worldwide, Turning Point Integrated Wellness Centre, Star Cruises, Mattel Malaysia, City Bank Penang, HD training Centre, etc. Likewise, I have conducted more than 100 EAP wellness talks and EAP wellness small group discussions, also many EAP wellness training. The purpose of EAP programs is to improve employee performance by reducing costs related to unmotivated performance; to improve productivity; to strengthen workplace wellness and work satisfaction; to reduce absenteeism due to low level of motivation of work and to attract as well as retain talents.

The areas of sharing/training include: “improving motivation at work”, “ setting and achieving goals”, “ positive emotions”, “ improving morale and team spirit”, “bounce back from stress”, “adjusting to changes at work”, “managing stress at work”, “ maintaining work-life balance”, “embrace differences at work”, “couching skills for supervisors”, “Assertive Communication skills”, “ mindfulness at work”, “ recognizing mental health issues at work”, and other employee motivation and wellness related topics.

My consultation and coaching techniques come from almost 20 years of counselling/coaching experiences especially in the area of relational issues with the workplace, individuals, couples, families, and groups with a range of clients who come from different ages, needs, backgrounds, and cultures and beliefs. With my different cooperate, clinical experiences in U.S., Japan, China and Malaysia, it has been proven that my coaching training was well received with good outcomes.
